Types of super funds
Monday September 1, 2008
While self managed super funds can provide a great saving on fees for superannuation transactions, they are not suited to the needs of every individual. Other types of super funds can be more appealing, as self managed super funds can often be much more work.
Industry super funds
Industry super funds are often considered to give some of the best value in terms of low fees while requiring minimal management from the account holder.
Self managed super funds
Self managed super funds can give more control and cost less than other managed super funds, but they will often require much more legwork.
Other types of super funds exist, but these two types are popular due to how little they can charge in fees.
